LIFE in LEXINGTON

I have lived in Lexington my whole life but moved to the Chicago area recently.

The main reason is price is our main concern.

The Garden can accommodate approximately 150 guests for reception-style events and can hold approximately 120 chairs for theatre-style seating.

We decided we wanted in-house catering, so we got married on the clubhouse lawn at Keeneland and had the reception inside. The prices vary based on when you have the wedding so just call and check it out. You might want to include the potential number of guests, as that will impact what can be reasonably suggested.

Had a great time at mine out at Spindletop I've heard Keeneland isn't as expensive as most ppl think. Since moving to Chicago I have gotten engaged to my long term girlfriend. You can bring your own food and they let us bring in all the booze we wanted. If the Ground Floor and the Garden are rented together, a maximum of 150 guests are permitted. Will you be hiring a calligrapher here in Lexington for table signs, etc? My wife and I had our reception and ceremony there for around $75/hr. Ideally we would want a venue that would allow us to bring in our own caterer and alcohol, but would be able to handle tables/chairs/trash on their own. The gallery can be closed to the public when private events are booked. I wonder if the Moondance Amphitheater out in Beaumont could be a possibility. so far, pete and brenda have been very accommodating, flexible, and informative.

we are getting married at terrapin hill farm in harrodsburg in sept. My sister -in-law had her wedding at Buffalo Trace Distillery near Frankfurt. It's a nice spot for pictures as well.
